Public meeting

The Senate authorised the Economics Committee to hold a public meeting while the Senate is sitting on 14 September 2006 from 3.30pm for the committee’s inquiry into the Tax Laws Amendment (2006 Measures No. 4) Bill 2006.

Reporting date extended

The Senate agreed to extend the reporting date for the inquiry of the Employment, Workplace Relations and Education Committee into the Higher Education Legislation Amendment (2006 Budget and Other Measures) Bill 2006 to 9 October 2006.
