The Senate extended reporting dates for the following inquiries:

  • Education, Employment and Workplace Relations Legislation Committee–
  • Protecting Local Jobs (Regulating Enterprise Migration Agreements) Bill 2012–to report by the first sitting day in March 2013
  • Fair Work Amendment (Small Business—Penalty Rates Exemption) Bill 2012–to report by the first sitting day in March 2012
  • Legal and Constitutional Affairs References Committee–Detention of minors–to report by 4 October 2012
