Membership
The Senate agreed that Senator Ludlam replace Senator Siewert on
the Finance and Public Administration References Committee for the
committee's inquiry into the process for determining public
interest immunity claims, and Senator Siewert be appointed as a
participating member of the committee.

The Senate did not agree to a motion which would have disallowed

Notice of motion withdrawn
A notice of motion to disallow Schedule 2 of the Fair Work
Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1), as contained in Select
