Economics Committee

Portfolios allocated: Industry, Tourism and Resources; Treasury

Environment, Communications, Information Technology and the Arts Committee

  • called the Department of the Environment and Water Resources; and
  • concluded its hearings.


Finance and Public Administration Committee

Portfolios allocated: Finance and Administration; Human Services; Parliament; Prime Minister and Cabinet

The committee met from 8.05am until 2.07pm.

The committee:

  • called the Department of Human Services and agencies including: Centrelink, Medicare and CRS Australia; and
  • concluded its hearings.


Rural and Regional Affairs and Transport Committee

Portfolios allocated: Transport and Regional Services; Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry

The committee met from 8.55am until 1.49pm.

The committee:

  • called the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry; and
  • concluded its hearings.
