Community Affairs Committee

Portfolios allocated: Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs; Health and Ageing
For current information about the committee's hearings

The committee met from 9.05am until 11.00pm.

The committee called the department and agencies of the Family, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs portfolio, including: Aboriginal Hostels Limited, the Indigenous Land Corporation, and the Tiwi Land Council.

The committee will next meet on Tuesday, 29 May 2007 in Committee Room 2S1, again calling the Family, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs portfolio, commencing with the department.

Economics Committee

Portfolios allocated: Industry, Tourism and Resources; Treasury

The committee called the department and agencies of the Industry, Tourism and Resources portfolio.

The committee will next meet on Tuesday, 29 May 2007 in Committee Room 2R1, calling the Treasury portfolio, commencing with the department.

 

Employment, Workplace Relations and Education Committee

The committee called the department and agencies of the Employment and Workplace Relations portfolio, including: the Workplace Authority and the Workplace Ombudsman.

The committee will next meet on Tuesday, 29 May 2007 in Committee Room 2S3, again calling the Employment and Workplace Relations portfolio, commencing with the Australian Industrial Relations Commission and the Australian Industry Registry.

 

Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Committee
