    Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009
    to: make it a civil offence for a reporting unit not to lodge a compliant full or concise report with Fair Work Australia; impose penalties on officers of registered organisations who do not act in good faith, or misuse their position or information obtained; increase pecuniary penalty orders that the Federal Court may make; and make it a criminal offence for a registered organisation, or officers of a registered organisation, not to comply with applicable orders of a state or Federal Court.
