to remove certain invalid provisions and enable the minister to make an application to request that a court exercise its power to make an order to cease a dual citizen’s Australian citizenship, where the person has been convicted of a serious offence or offences; Independent National Security Legislation Monitor Act 2010
and Intelligence Services Act 2001
to provide for reviews; and Surveillance Devices Act 2004
to make a consequential amendment.
