The Parliamentary Workplace Support Service (PWSS) is an independent and confidential service available to support everyone who works or volunteers in a Commonwealth Parliamentary workplace (CPW).

If you work or volunteer in a CPW you can contact the PWSS for assistance with a serious incident or misconduct, or workplace conflict that relates to a work health and safety risk.

The PWSS is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide confidential advice and support.

The PWSS is located at the Australian Parliament House and is staffed from 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday during non-sitting days, and 8:30am-8pm on sitting days.
