This section details the department’s resources and expenses in 2010–11, as required by the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet Requirements for annual reports for departments, executive agencies and FMA Act bodies, 8 July 2011.

The tables in this appendix correspond to tables in the department’s portfolio budget statements for 2010–11:

• the resource statement, which provides information about the various funding sources that the department was able to draw upon during the year
• the expenses and resources for outcome 1 table, which shows the detail of the resourcing for the department’s outcome.
