I present to you an interim report of the Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs in relation to the Migration Legislation Amendment (Worker Protection) Bill 2008.

The committee has concluded its examination of this bill but requires more time to finalise its report. The committee intends to present the final report on Monday 10 November 2008.
