Dear Chairperson

Any legislation for the transition to full sale of Telstra is fundamentally flawed. It cannot guarantee future fair and equitable access to new telecommunication technology to all Australians.

Please recommend against any further sale of Telstra.  Any new legislation should aim to enshrine same.
