Please make one of the items to be investigated the time taken to repair an unserviceable mobile hand phones if you reside in Regional Australia. The hand-phone is as much a part of the mobile network as the transmission towers and their coverage. Deprived of a hand-set, an individual cannot communicate, exactly the same as with a normal phone at home. None of the mobile phone operating companies have repair facilities in regional Australia, only in metropolitan. This is surely as an important component of service level guarantees, as any other. I remain Yours faithfully, Paul Clapham 16 Royston Ave BERWICK Vic 3806 Phn: 0419155072
