INQUIRY INTO RESEARCH INVOLVING EMBRYOS AND PROHIBITION OF HUMAN CLONING BILL 2002

Information about the Inquiry

On 21 August 2002 the Senate, on the recommendation of the Selection of Bills Committee, referred the Bill to the Committee for inquiry and report by 24 October 2002.

Submissions are invited from any interested parties and should be lodged with the Committee by 13 September 2002. Submissions should be addressed to:

The Committee prefers to receive submissions electronically as an attached document - email: community.affairs.sen@aph.gov.au

Submissions become Committee documents and are made public only after a decision by the Committee. Persons making submissions must not release them without the approval of the Committee. Submissions are covered by parliamentary privilege but the unauthorised release of them is not.
