The Dynamic Red provides information on the proceedings of the Senate which is updated during the course of the sitting day. It shows the progress of legislation and the results of motions moved and other business conducted in the Senate and, where possible, contains links to source documents such as those relating to committee memberships and amendments to legislation.

The information available on the Dynamic Red can be sorted into categories. The default is ‘All items’, but you can choose to view only the information pertaining to ‘Committees’, ‘Bills’ or ‘Documents’. If a specific view is selected, you will no longer be able to see what the Senate is currently debating, or get the complete context of the business before the Chamber, but by clicking on ‘All items’ you will be returned to the full Dynamic Red.

The ‘Refresh’ button will update your screen with the latest information from the Senate chamber.

The Dynamic Red will be available approximately 15 minutes prior to commencement of sitting.
