Migration Amendment (Regaining Control Over Australia's Protection Obligations) Bill 2013

On 5 December 2013, the Senate referred the Migration Amendment (Regaining Control Over Australia's Protection Obligations) Bill 2013 for inquiry and report.

Submissions should be received by 23 January 2014. The reporting date was 3 March 2014. On 3 March 2014, the Senate granted an extension of time for reporting until 18 March 2014.
