Inquiry into the Sex Discrimination Amendment (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Intersex Status) Bill 2013

On 21 March 2013 the Selection Committee asked the Committee to inquire into and report on the Sex Discrimination Amendment (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Intersex Status) Bill 2013.


The Committee reviewed consultations that had already taken place on the provisions set out in the Bill and did not seek submissions to this inquiry.

The Report was tabled by the Committee on Monday 27th May 2013.
