Inquiry into the Sex Discrimination Amendment (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Intersex Status) Bill 2013
On 21 March 2013 the Selection Committee asked the Committee to inquire into and report on the Sex Discrimination Amendment (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Intersex Status) Bill 2013.
The Committee is reviewing consultations that have already taken place on the provisions set out in the Bill and is not seeking submissions to this inquiry.
It is anticipated that the report will be tabled the week of the 27th May 2013.
