Inquiry into Australia's Relations with Indonesia

On 22 August 2002 the Minister for Foreign Affairs asked the Committee to review Australia's relations with Indonesia. The inquiry will be undertaken by the Foreign Affairs Sub-Committee, chaired by the Hon David Jull, MP.

The scope of the review embraces the full range of Australia's bilateral relations with Indonesia - political, strategic, economic, social and cultural links.

Written submissions are invited from organisations and individuals interested in placing evidence before the Committee. Submissions are to be sent to the Committee Secretariat by Friday, 29 November 2002. Advice on the preparation of submissions is available at making a submission.
