20th Anniversary ceremony
A ceremony was held in the Great Hall of Parliament House to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the official opening of Parliament House.
The ceremony paid tribute to all involved in the building of Parliament House and included performances by Corroboree College, Voices of Canberra choir, Elektra, and Dein Perry's Tap Dogs (pictured right).

Pride of Place Documentary
A 40-minute television documentary, Pride of Place, about the men and women who designed and built Parliament House, premiered at Open Day.
DVD copies of the documentary will be available for purchase from late May 2008. Email liaison.reps@aph.gov.au for more details.
The documentary was produced by the Liaison and Projects Office, Department of the House of Representatives in association with Broadcasting Content, Department of Parliamentary Services.
The next issue of the About the House magazine (out in June) will be a special edition celebrating the 20th anniversary of Parliament House. About the House is a free magazine on the work of the House of Representatives, including news and features on the public inquiries being conducted by House of Representatives committees.
