I hereby submit the Portfolio Budget Statement in support of the 2001-02 Budget for the Department of the Parliamentary Library.
This statement has been developed, and submitted to the Parliament, as a statement on the outcome and outputs for the department.
The Parliamentary Library is continuing to review all areas of its operations to ensure it is managing its operations in the most cost-effective manner to meet the department’s outcome of contributing to a more informed Parliament and, through it, to the Australian community.
