Council of Australian Governments trials

The Council of Australian Governments (COAG) sponsored trials of a whole-of-government approach to Indigenous services at eight sites around Australia.The Australian National Audit Office has reported on the COAG trials in Whole of Government Indigenous Service Delivery Arrangements.

Northern Territory Emergency Intervention

Following a series of revalations about the level of child sex abuse in Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory, the Commonwealth announced and legislated for the implementation of a series of emergency measures.
