Whole of Government and COAG initiatives

The COAG Working Group on Indigenous Reform brings together the Australian Government and all State and Territory Governments. The Working Group's objective is to close the gap on Indigenous disadvantage.

Northern Territory Emergency Intervention

Following a series of revalations about the level of child sex abuse in Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory, the Commonwealth announced and legislated for the implementation of a series of emergency measures.
