entitled 'Constitution Alteration (Senate Elections) 1906'?
Constitution Alteration (Senate Elections) 1906 sought to amend
section 13, including altering Senators' terms so as to commence on 1
July (previously 1 January) and end on 30 June (previously 31 December).
