Joint Standing Committee on the National Capital and External Territories

The Joint Standing Committee on the National Capital and External Territories was established by a resolution of the House of Representatives and the Senate.

The Resolution of Appointment is the source of authority for the establishment and operations of the Committee. The Resolution of Appointment for the 42nd Parliament was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on 13 February 2008.
