Inquiry into the machinery of referendums
On 10 September 2009 the Attorney-General, The Hon. Robert McClelland MP, on behalf of the Special Minister and Cabinet Secretary, Senator the Hon. Joe Ludwig, asked the Committee to inquire into and report into the machinery of referendums.
The Committee invites interested persons and organisations to make submissions addressing the terms of reference by Friday 9 October 2009 . Please refer to our brochure called preparing a submission for more information.
