    Area: 73 sq km (approx.).
    Electors enrolled: 100 245 (at 21.8.10).
    Industries: aviation, tourism, small industries and sporting venues.
    State electorates: Hindmarsh includes parts of the South Australian House of Assembly electorates of Ashford, Colton, Croydon, Elder, Lee, Morphett and West Torrens.
