Purchasing
All goods and services were purchased in accordance with the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, theCommonwealth procurement guidelines, the Clerk’s Instructions and the endorsed supplier arrangement. Over 99 per cent of all payments to suppliers were made electronically.
