I present to you an interim report of the Standing Committee on Legal & Constitutional Affairs in relation to the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Amendment Bill 2008.

The committee has concluded its examination of this bill but requires more time to consider and finalise its report. The committee intends to present the final report by Tuesday, 6 May 2008.
