I present to you an interim report of the Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs in relation to the following bills:
- Foreign Evidence Amendment Bill 2008;
- Federal Court of Australia (Criminal Jurisdiction) Bill 2008 [Provisions]; and
- Personal Property Securities Bill 2008 [Exposure Draft].
The committee intends to present final reports on these three references by Wednesday, 11 March 2009.
