Correspondence published by the committee:

During the course of the committee's Budget Estimates hearing on 23 May 2007, officers were questioned about press reports of the trial of Dr Patrick Power SC. Mr Ian Barker QC represented Dr Power at his trial. On 15 June 2007, the committee resolved to publish correspondence from the committee to Mr Ian Barker QC and his letters to the committee.
