Terms of Reference
On 3 December 1998 the Senate adopted an amended order for the production
of documents, Procedural Order of
Continuing Effect - Indexed lists of departmental and agency files,
as recommended by the committee in its second report on the review of
the order.
The reference was readopted on 21 March 2002.
The committee will review the operation of the amended order and in the event that it
finds problems in compliance, it will report again to the Senate on the matter.
