Terms of Reference
Paragraphs (b) and (d) of the Committee's terms of reference, as
set out below, ask:
(b) Whether the Bill might need to be amended to fully accommodate
the post-1997 regulation;
(d) Whether the Bill should be split into two or more pieces of
legislation.
