Interim Report
The Committee has made progress with the Inquiry into Aged
Care. 208 submissions have been received and public hearings were commenced
with a hearing in Sydney
on 19 August 2004.
The Committee recognises that considerable interest has been
generated in this inquiry and recommends that a future Committee give
favourable consideration to continuing this inquiry.
