I present to you an interim report of the Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs in relation to the provisions of the Federal Justice System Amendment (Efficiency Measures) Bill (No.1) 2008.
The committee has concluded its examination of this bill but requires more time to finalise its report. The committee intends to present the final report by Monday, 23 February 2009.
