I present to you an interim report of the Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs in relation to the Inquiry into the Federal Court of Australia Amendment (Criminal Jurisdiction) Bill 2008.

The committee has concluded its examination of this bill but requires more time to finalise its report. The committee intends to present the final report by Wednesday, 4 March 2009.
