Recommendation 1
2.63 The committee recommends that the government
task the Department and/or the Fair Work Commission to provide advice on how
best to identify non-managerial and non-professional employees who continue to
work outside the coverage of a modern award, and bring them within award
coverage.
Recommendation 2
2.75 The committee recommends that the Senate not
pass the bill.
