Terms of Reference
To evaluate the operation of the amendments to the standing orders which were introduced on 9 February 2006 for the remainder of 2006.
To consider moving the time for presenting explanatory memorandums from the end of the second reading speech (standing order 142) to the time of presenting the bill (standing order 141).
To consider amending standing order 11 to allow speeches in support of a nominee for Speaker where there is only one nominee. (adopted 9 February 2006).
