Inquiry into the Illegal Logging Prohibition Bill 2011

On Thursday, 22 March 2012 the House of Representatives Selection Committee asked the Committee to inquire into and report on the Illegal Logging Prohibition Bill 2011. The report of the Selection Committee, which includes its reasons for referring the Bill and the principal issues for consideration, can be accessed by clicking on this link.

The Committee invites interested persons and organisations to make submissions addressing the terms of reference by Wednesday 2 May 2012. Please refer to our brochure called preparing a submission for more information.

In order to facilitate electronic publishing of submissions, the Committee would prefer them to be emailed to jscfadt@aph.gov.au or sent on disk or CD-ROM to the Committee Secretariat in Microsoft Word® or Portable Document Format (PDF).
