A notice given by Senator Watson to disallow an order providing conditional relief from managed investment scheme registration, financial product disclosure and AFS licensing provisions under the Corporations Act 2001 for the operation of collective investment schemes authorised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore is listed for consideration on 24 June 2008.
