The committee:
- called the department and agencies of the
Environment, Water, Heritage the Arts portfolio, including the
Supervising Scientist, the Bureau of Meteorology, the Director of
National Parks, the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority, the
National Water Commission and the Murray-Darling Basin Authority;
and
- concluded its hearings.

Human Services; Parliament; Prime Minister and Cabinet

- called the department and agencies of the

Management Agency and the Australian Electoral Commission;

and Forestry; Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and
Local Government

The committee:
- called the department and agencies of the
Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local
Government portfolio, including Infrastructure Australia, the
Australian Rail Track Corporation Ltd, the Nation
Building-Infrastructure Investment, the Australian Maritime Safety
Authority, the Bureau of Infrastructure, Transport and Regional
Economics, Office of Northern Australia, Inspector of Transport
Security/Office of Transport Security, Aviation and Airports,
Airservices Australia, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and the
Australian Transport Safety Bureau; and
- the committee intends to meet next week to
further consider the department and agencies of the Agriculture,
Fisheries and Forestry portfolio.
