Transfer of notice of motion
The Chair of the Standing Committee on Regulations and
Ordinances gave a notice of intention to withdraw a notice of
motion to disallow the
Aviation Transport Security Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).
Senator Xenophon indicated his objection to the withdrawal and his
name was put on the notice of motion.
