The Senate extended reporting dates for the following

Western Australia –Economics Committee–to report by 3
December 2008
- Protecting Children from Junk Food Advertising ( Broadcasting
Amendment) Bill 2008–Community Affairs Committee–to
report by 2 December 2008
The Senate agreed to various changes to committee
membership.
Messages from the House of Representatives were reported
advising of various appointments to joint committees.
