The President announced the resignation, on 15 March 2006, of
Senator Hill and advised the Senate that, pursuant to section 21 of
the Constitution, he had notified the Governor of Victoria that
there was a vacancy in the representation of that state

Broadcasting Services (International Broadcasting) Guidelines 2005,
made under section 121FP of the Broadcasting Services Act
1992 [The regulations will be deemed to be disallowed if the
notice is not agreed to or withdrawn within 15 sitting days after
27 March 2006–ie by 9 August 2006]
