Motion to disallow regulations debated
The Senate commenced debate on a motion moved by Senator Bob
Brown to disallow the Criminal Code Amendment Regulations 2005
(No. 14), as contained in Select Legislative Instrument 2005
No. 298, specifying the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) as a
terrorist organisation, and made under the Criminal Code Act
1995. [
