of the Commonwealth State/Territory Disability Agreement to 8
February 2007.

discharged and Senator Polley appointed
- Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee–Senator
Johnston to replace Senator Scullion for the committee’s
inquiry into the Native Title Amendment Bill 2006 (with Senator
Scullion appointed as a participating member)
- Migration Joint Committee–Senator Kirk discharged and
Senator Polley appointed
