Summary

Following government endorsement of the recommendations of the Review of the Corporate Governance of Statutory Authorities and Office Holders (the Uhrig Review), the bill amends the Australian Broadcasting Corporation Act 1983 to abolish the staff-elected Director and deputy staff-elected Director positions.
