Amends the
Social Security Act 1991
  and
Social Security (Administration) Act 1999
  to: implement a job seeker compliance system to apply to certain job seekers in receipt of newstart allowance, parenting payment, youth allowance and special benefit; give effect to employment pathway plans; remove references to the Personal Support Programme; and make minor technical and consequential amendments.
