REPORT ON PERFORMANCE

PERFORMANCE REPORTING MODEL

In accordance with the accrual accounting framework, the department conducts its external performance reporting at the output group level. The department's two output groups are:  

• Broadcast and Transcription Services
• Support and Technology Services.

The activities and outputs of the Broadcasting subgroup and the Hansard subgroup in the Client Services Group constitute the Broadcast and Transcription services output.

The activities and outputs of the Technical Services Group and the Client Liaison subgroup of the Client Services Group constitute the Support and Technology Services output.
