Our direct clients are the 226 Senators and Members of the House of
Representatives who make up the Australian Parliament, the staff of Senators
and Members and the parliamentary administration which helps the Parliament
function.
DPS exists to support the parliamentary process and to help Australians
learn more about the Parliament. The department is not a commercial service
provider.
By providing the Parliament with the wide range of complex services
outlined in What do we do? , we are
ensuring that our indirect client, the Australian community, has full
access to their national Parliament.
