Annex II countries
Annex II countries
Annex II countries include those Annex I countries that are member countries of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. The Annex II countries do not include countries with economies in transition such as the Russian Federation, the Baltic States, and several Central and Eastern European States.
Annex II countries provide financial resources to assist developing countries in their endeavours to undertake emissions reduction activities.
